| Q. Does Linecasting Machinery only supply
to the UK market? A. No, in the past year we have supplied machines and spares parts all over the world including, Eire (which we regularly visit), Sweden, Canada, Greece, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Uganda, United States, South Africa, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Australia, & Hong Kong. No world region is too far! |

| Q. Can you arrange delivery of the machinery
and parts? A. Yes. If the installation is in the UK, we can include delivery and installation within the quoted price. For overseas destinations, we can arrange delivery through our shipping agent using air, or sea freight as necessary. |

| Q. Do you place a warranty on your rebuilt
machines? A. Yes. All our rebuilt machines which are supplied to UK clients will have a 3 months full parts and labour guarantee. For overseas installations warranties would be tailored for each individual agreement. |

| Q. Do you supply spare
parts as well as machines? A. Yes, We have the largest stock of new and used spare parts for the Intertype and Linotype machines in the UK. In addition we can source spare parts and consumables for most of the leading manufacturers machines. |

and spare parts on the website your complete stock? A. No, The amount of spares we hold is huge. Our inventory changes constantly, so for the latest information, please get in touch. |

| Q. Do you charge a fee
when helping with telephone/email questions on hot metal problems? A. No. To keep you up and running without the need for a site visit (wherever you are in the world) we are happy to do so over the phone,or by email at no charge! |

| Q. Do you buy machines for stock? A. Yes, we do buy machines in for stock, or we can add your machine to our website and trade magazine adverts for a pre-agreed commission. |
